Wang Bo (Andy Lau) and Wang Li (Rene Liu) should have made the perfect Bonnie and Clyde: the former a conman, the latter a grifter femme fatale. Partners in crime, the couple swindles their way across China, until the day that they run into the naive and wealthy Fu Gen in a train station an encounter that will alter their fate forever. Reluctantly drawn into a battle of good and evil, innocence and deceit, Bo ultimately becomes much more than he'd bargained for: an unwitting hero.
