The Alien Anthology bundles the core sci-fi/horror tetralogy starring Sigourney Weaver as Ellen Ripley:
Alien (1979): A tense, claustrophobic haunted-house-in-space thriller where the crew of the commercial towing vehicle Nostromo encounters a deadly extraterrestrial organism.
Aliens (1986): A high-octane action shift where Ripley returns to LV-426 with a unit of Colonial Marines to battle a horde of xenomorphs.
Alien 3 (1992): A bleak, atmospheric survival story set on a grim penal colony planet where Ripley crash-lands.
Alien: Resurrection (1997): A cloning-based sci-fi experiment set 200 years later, bringing a hybridized Ripley back alongside a team of space pirates.
