"Animator Don Bluth's All Dogs Go to Heaven comes to DVD with a standard full-frame transfer. English and French soundtracks are rendered in Dolby Digital Stereo. Spanish and French subtitles are accessible and the English soundtrack is closed-captioned. Supplemental materials include the original theatrical trailer. This is a pedestrian release from MGM/UA that will hold little interest for the average DVD consumer, but the inexpensive list price makes it a worthy title for anyone seeking family-friendly fare."
