Country girl Holly Golightly becomes a sophisticated professional escort in New York and ends up falling in love with a handsome aspiring writer in this bittersweet and funny romance that is based on a short novel by Truman Capote. Though very much in love, the couple experiences much turmoil for there is more and less to Holly than meets the eye. Outstanding Henry Mancini music is the film's major highlight.
