Détroit, 2018. Damien, policier expert en arts martiaux, est chargé d’infiltrer le dangereux ghetto de Brick Mansions. Sa mission : neutraliser une arme de destruction massive détenue par le gang de Tremaine, qui règne sur les lieux.
