This surrealistic sequel to Shiryo No Wana (1988) deals with an overweight girl named Aki (Shouko Nakajima) who works as a theater projectionist. In her spare time, she's completely insane and bloodily guts prostitutes with a knife. Simultaneously attracted to and envious of her pretty friend Ami (Rie Kondou), Aki gets involved in a love triangle over a young rake (Shiro Sano) who sleeps with them both. Jealous that Ami gets pregnant, Aki confronts her rival in a climactic bloodbath which must be seen to be believed. Shino Ikenami co-stars in this gory and absorbing horror film with its share of odd surprises. Director Izo Hashimoto is perhaps best known as a screenwriter, penning the cult classic Akira (1988).
