A Milan produce vendor, whom moonlights as a pimp, faces off against a ruthless and greedy French gangster whom wants to unite the organized crime ring of Italy. Antonio Sabato (Seven Blood Stained Orchids) stars as Salvatore “Toto” Cangemi a pimp with a large-scale prostitution operation in Milan. When his favoured hooker is found murdered in his club Toto and his gang hit the street looking for the culprit. French gangster Le Capitane (Philippe Leroy, Le trou) muscles his way in, looking to use Toto’s network to offload his drugs. Toto wants none of it but no one says no to Le Capitaine and a gang war escalates on the streets of Milan as each man refuses to back down. Umberto Lenzi (Nightmare City) made his Eurocrime debut with Gang War in Milan, a violent and action-packed thriller that features the director’s trademark excess. Co-starring Marisa Mell (Danger: Diabolik) as Toto’s dangerous love interest and featuring a jazzy score by Carlo Rustichelli, this “lavishly stylish and viciously sleazy film is a must-have.” (Rock! Shock! Pop!)
