Co-written and directed by Valdimar J?hannsson, this mysterious drama is set in Iceland and follows the story of Maria (Noomi Rapace) and Ingvar (Hilmir Snaer Gudnason), a couple who has been living on a faraway meadow farm, trying to cope with being childless. However, when one of the ewes in their herd gives birth to a strange lamb creature, the couple cares for it as if it were their own child.
