I first saw this movie in cinemas when it was released and I've never really understood why it failed at the box office, even when you consider it came out the same year as Independence Day.
Anyway, it looks and sounds great in 4k. I think because the CG isn't really trying to look real, it's easy to forgive any compositing imperfections and just see the incredible details.
