Following Australian director and writer Luke Sparke's first film Occupation (2018) comes Occupation: Rainfall, a sci-fi action film set in Sydney, Australia two years on from an intergalactic invasion of aliens. Matt (Dan Ewing) and Gary (Lawrence Makoare) his alien friend, make a desperate bid to travel to a US base named Pine Gap to find out a potential secret of how to defeat the aliens leaving behind Wing Commander Hayes (Daniel Gillies) who, unbeknownst to them, plans on eliminating all aliens, both friend and foe.
