Mark Neveldine directs the action thriller that tells the story of an ex-marine hired by a CIA defense contractor to complete an arms deal. Embedding with the Contras, Becker (Cole Hauser) begins to realize how deep he is in and how dangerous his situation is becoming. Shortly, the American invasion of Panama takes place, leaving Becker embroiled in the action. As things progress, he becomes even more involved, requiring his CIA contact Stark (Mel Gibson) to come into the action.
