Pot o' Gold -- Digitally Remastered. In this showbiz comedy, a down-on-his-luck man with a love of music befriends the orchestra of a wildly popular radio program, much to his family's disapproval. Jimmy Stewart, one of the greatest screen legends of all time, stars in this romantic comedy musical directed by George Marshall and based on the popular radio series of the same name. After his music shop is forced to close its doors, Jimmy Haskell (Stewart) agrees to work for his uncle at a health food business. But unable to turn his back on music, he befriends the McCorkles, a boisterous Irish family who just so happen to play in a band for a radio program. Unfortunately, the McCorckles are also enemies of Jimmy's uncle and the situation becomes even more complicated when Jimmy falls for Molly McCorckle (Paulette Goddard). Horace Heidt, the host of the original radio series, appears in the film as himself.
