About this release

Duncan Jones directs this fast-paced, mind-bending sci-fi thriller. Decorated soldier Captain Colter Stevens (Jake Gyllenhaal) awakens inside the body of an unknown man on a Chicago commuter train. Eight minutes later, a devastating bomb detonates, killing everyone aboard. Stevens discovers he is part of a top-secret military operation called the "Source Code"—a program that allows him to temporarily inhabit another person's consciousness during their final moments. Tasked with finding the bomber, he is sent back into the loop repeatedly, gathering clues to prevent a secondary, massive attack on the city.
