Super Troopers

Five offbeat, prank-loving Vermont state highway troopers find themselves on the verge of being shut down by the state governor due to a lackluster enforcement record. To save their jobs, they must out-dumb the local town police force and stumble their way into solving a major local drug-smuggling operation.
