The passing of time does not diminish the childhood connection of two friends, a young boy and a girl, who were bound by a promise. Life has been successful and full for both, yet neither gave up the search for the other. The father of the boy had abandoned him, putting him in a place to find a new home and hope. The girl experienced a natural disaster, which moved her and her family far away.
