Sinbad and his crew intercept a miniaturized person carrying a golden tablet. Koura, the evil wizard who shrunk the man, wants the tablet back and so pursues Sinbad. At port, Sinbad meets a Vizier who owns another part of the interlocking golden map, and they mount an adventure across the seas to solve the mystery of the map, accompanied by a slave girl with a mysterious tattoo of an eye on her palm. They encounter mythical beasts, storms, and the evil hinderances of Koura along the way.
