A teenage arcade whiz discovers that his favorite video game, "Starfighter," is actually an extraterrestrial recruiting device in this science fiction adventure. As a result of his high score, the teenager is asked to a join an interstellar fighting force, and soon finds himself leading a warship against evil aliens.
