About this release
After a chance encounter with a big-time Hollywood agent in a southern swamp, Kermit the Frog sets off on a cross-country road trip to Los Angeles with dreams of making it big in showbiz. Along the way, he assembles a ragtag troupe of talented misfits—including the wisecracking Fozzie Bear, the glamorous Miss Piggy, the daredevil Gonzo, and the wild drummer Animal. However, their journey to stardom is threatened when a ruthless fast-food mogul pursues them across the country, determined to force Kermit into becoming the commercial spokesperson for his French-fried frog legs chain.
