About this release
The monumental big-screen debut of television's most iconic animated family. When Homer Simpson accidentally pollutes Springfield's water supply with toxic waste from a pig, the EPA steps in and seals the entire town beneath a giant, impenetrable glass dome. Branded as outlaws, the Simpsons manage to escape to Alaska, but Homer must soon undergo a personal epiphany and return on a solo, chaotic crusade to infiltrate the dome, defeat the corrupt EPA chief, and rescue his abandoned hometown from total demolition.
