Jimmy "Tulipano" si è ritirato a vita tranquilla in Messico grazie ad un programma di protezione del governo ma Lazlo, boss della mafia di Chicago, lo sta cercando per vendicare l'omicidio di suo figlio. Per scoprire dove si nasconde Jimmy il boss rapisce Cinthya, moglie del suo vecchi amico dentista Nicholas "Oz", nella speranza che lui gli chieda aiuto.
