Directed by Darren McStay, To Thy Rest follows travelling spiritual medium Arthur Sydenham Sharp as he arrives at an isolated Finnish hotel to conduct the final séance of his tour. Dependent on medication and surrounded by an increasingly oppressive atmosphere, Arthur experiences visions and encounters that make it difficult to separate supernatural events from dreams and psychological collapse.
