Mikel is a young, ambitious chef in search of his third Michelin star. When he receives an unexpected visit from his father Juan, who disappeared thirty years ago, his life is thrown into turmoil. Juan is an old-school chef who believes no time has passed – literally. Thanks to amnesia, he believes he is still living in 1990.
