Presented in a 4K restoration, Waves of Lust is a superb erotic thriller from director Ruggero Deodato (Cannibal Holocaust). Two carefree youngsters, Irem and Barbara (Al Cliver and Silvia Dionisio), are invited for a weekend cruise on a yacht owned by Giorgio (John Steiner, Caligula), a ruthless and cynical industrialist. He is married to Silvia (Elizabeth Turner), a disturbed woman who allows herself to be physically and mentally terrorized by him. But then she falls into a ménage à trois with Irem and Barbara, who all conspire against Giorgio, whose misogyny and paranoia push him over the edge into madness.
