A funny thing happened on the way to the bus station Nikki's just been released from prison after serving four years for a crime she didn't commit ... and she's angry. When one of Nikki's lawyers comes to drive her home from the penitentiary, she hijacks the uptight attorney to help her find the real culprit. Now, harassed by the police, hunted by killers and babysitting a rare, wild South American feline, the two careen through the city on a madcap quest to find the person guilty of the crime for which Nikki served the time.
