Directed by Steven Spielberg and starring Tom Cruise and Colin Farrell, Minority Report is a futuristic sci-fi thriller set in a society where murders are prevented before they happen through a predictive policing system known as PreCrime. The film follows police chief John Anderton after he becomes accused of a future murder and is forced to flee the very system he once helped enforce. Combining dystopian science fiction, conspiracy suspense and large-scale action, Spielbergs adaptation explores surveillance, free will and state control through one of the defining sci-fi films of the 2000s. Från IMDB: John works with the PreCrime police which stop crimes before they take place, with the help of three PreCogs who can foresee crimes. Events ensue when John finds himself framed for a future murder.
